Behavior Support Specialist
Bianca has been working with individuals with developmental disabilities and/or psychiatric disorders in a variety of settings since 2012. After working with individuals with developmental disabilities in an inpatient psychiatric hospital, she decided to continue her education and pursue a Master of Arts in Applied Behavior Analysis. Since graduating with her master’s degree, she enjoys working with all ages and providing Behavior Support Services in the home, community, school, and clinic settings.
Bianca enjoys spending time with her family and her dog, Chalmer. She loves being outside, trying new restaurants around town, and gardening.
Bianca graduated with a Bachelor of Science in Recreational Therapy in 2014 and obtained her Certified Therapeutic Recreation Specialist Licensure (CTRS) in 2015. She graduated with her Master of Arts in Applied Behavior Analysis from Ball State University in December 2016. Bianca is currently pursuing the Board Certified Behavior Analyst (BCBA) certification.
