Behavior Support Specialist
Mara has experience with a variety of roles in the education and ABA fields. She began as a general education teacher and moved on to working in an inclusive early childhood setting. Mara loves the field of applied behavior analysis because it provides a framework to create lasting changes for individuals. She enjoys the opportunity to work in depth with clients and to build strong working relationships with parents and other members of the client’s team.
Mara earned her Masters of Education in ABA from the University of Cinicinnati in 2019. She received her Bachelors of Arts in Elementary Education and Learning and Behavior Disorders K-12 from Bellarmine University in 2011. Mara is currently working on receiving her board certification in behavior analysis.
When not working Mara can be found knitting, crocheting or making jewelry. She also enjoys hiking and Contra dancing.
