Executive Business Director
Stephen brings to CBA more than 10 years of experience providing behavior analytic services and management of both clinical and non-clinical staff. Stephen began his career in Florida working as a practitioner specializing in providing behavior supports to individuals in residential and family settings with intense physical aggression and self-injurious behaviors. Stephen spends his professional time focusing on disseminating ABA across multiple disciplines, collaborating with other professionals, obtaining and maintaining clinical contracts, expanding the services across Kentucky, supervising graduate students, and providing ongoing leadership training within the organization. Stephen takes the most pride in seeing clinicians and managers grow their skills and utilize their talents to provide a much-needed service to the most vulnerable of populations.
Stephen enjoys spending time with his wife, Lindsay, and their two Boston Terriers (Rocky and Ruby). He also enjoys kickboxing, watching football, sampling bourbon, and traveling.
Stephen received his Board Certification as a Behavior Analyst in 2007 and his Kentucky ABA license in 2011.
Stephen is a founding member and Past President of the Kentucky Association for Behavior Analysis, Past Vice-Chair of the Applied Behavior Analyst Licensing Board, and a Regional Clinical Advisor for Special Olympics International’s Strong Minds Program.
