Clinical Supervisor of Waiver Services
Shannon has worked with children and adolescents for a combined total of 7 years. Shannon’s clinical experiences have allowed for her to practice behavior management with a strong focus on goal-oriented behavior, healthy-living skills, and individualized-service delivery.
Shannon began working with CBA in 2015, has a passion for generalization, and strives to promote development pivotal skills, social skills, and independence with her clients. Shannon truly enjoys helping others realize their potential and beyond.
Shannon enjoys spending time with her family, her three children, and reading non-fiction. Shannon likes to snowboard, garden, cook, golf, do yoga, attend sporting/music events, and experience new food.
Shannon received her Bachelor of Arts in Psychology from the University of Cincinnati in 2003. In 2014, Shannon received her Master of Education in the Foundations of Behavior Analysis from the University of Cincinnati. Shannon was board certified in behavior analysis in 2015.
