Michael geeks out on the Big Blue Chart aka the Standard Celeration Chart! He loves problem-solving and working together as a team when it comes to reducing challenging behaviors and trying to accelerate socially appropriate behaviors. One of the things Michael loves most about behavior analysis is that you can break anything down in its most minute form. It’s almost like being a clockmaker where if one of the parts is not working then the clock doesn’t work. He thinks of it as his job to find the missing part that the particular learner needs so that they can function in everyday life. Michael has worked on a research study with Dr. Josh Pritchard and Doctoral Candidate Kaitlynn Gokey on maximizing stimulus control when using minimal rational sets.

Michael enjoys being with my family and friends. He also enjoys watching movies and listening to podcasts.
