Behavior Support Specialist
Megan’s career began in the classroom 8 years ago teaching students with moderate to severe disabilities. After completing her Master’s through the University of Louisville, a new passion was sparked in the area of Applied Behavior Analysis! Megan continues to teach in the classroom while working as a Behavior Support Specialist. She loves working with individuals to reach new levels of independence. Along with this, she also enjoys working with parents, support staff, and community members to create positive and new experiences for all!
In her free time, Megan enjoys outdoor activities like camping and hiking! She also loves spending time with her family, friends, and pet cat, Maude. Reading and watching movies are always fun pass times when the opportunities arise.
Bachelor’s of Science in Elementary Education (K-5) and Moderate to Severe Disabilities (K-12) from the University of Louisville; Master’s of Education in Teacher Leadership and Autism from the University of Louisville.
