Erin L. Cooper, LCSW

Director of Waiver & Contract Services

Erin has 12 years of experience, in various capacities, working with adults and children diagnosed with intellectual or developmental disabilities. Erin began her work in the field as a Case Manager, later working as a Program Director and Quality Assurance Director within the field. Erin’s advocacy, ethics, and ability to think critically and flexibly are her greatest strengths. Erin is honored to work with clients of varying abilities and their caregivers while they acquire skills that enhance their well-being.

In her free time, Erin enjoys spending time with family and friends, reading, riding horses, and traveling.

Erin earned a Bachelors Degree in Psychology from Eastern Kentucky University and a Masters Degree in Social Work with an emphasis in Clinical Social work from the University of Kentucky. Erin is licensed as a Certified Social Worker and is currently pursuing independent licensure as a Licensed Clinical Social Worker.
