TITLE: Compliance Manager

REPORTS TO: Vice President Operations & Clinical Services, Program Director

Full Time, Executive, Leadership Potential: The Compliance Manager is a professional who can work hand-in-hand on a daily basis with the company’s “ADP TotalSource” partners. Overseeing, directing and leading the regulatory, policy and compliance components of the company is a critical role for competing in today’s market. The Chief Compliance & Human Resource Officer work with multiple teams and leadership skills are necessary; having a hand in every branch of operations with access to resources you need, managing multiple teams with quality support from the top to continue cutting edge performance. CBA has provided its employees, clients and partners with quality services for over two decades!

Minimum Qualifications:

  1. Bachelor’s or Associate’s degree in human resources, organizational behavior management (OBM), information systems, business administration, business/employment law and/or related degree in similar area(s). Significant proven work experience that demonstrates 4-5 years of proven experience in human resources and compliance may substitute for the degree requirements.
  2. Experience in the administration of comprehensive employee benefits, compensation, employee programs is preferred.
  3. Must have referenced exceptional leadership, customer service, employee relations and work related social skills, i.e., be able to communicate well with vendors, referral sources, clients, family members, and employees.
  4. Ability to work with minimal supervision, strong decision-making skills and multi-tasking required.
  5. Ability to maintain confidentiality and follow HIPAA guidelines at all times is required.
  6. Experience and training in employment law, labor compliance, DOL, DOI, government regulations, managed care organizations MCO(s), Straight Medicaid, Medicaid Waivers, commercial insurance and private client services are preferred.
  7. Strong effective communicator in writing, verbal skills and in interpersonal communication.
  8. Proficient in basic Excel and demonstrated skills in database management and record keeping.
  9. Highly developed, demonstrated teamwork skills.
  10. Demonstrated ability to increase productivity and continuously improve methods, approaches, and departmental contribution while remaining cost-sensitive.
  11. Must exhibit a commitment to continuous learning.
  12. Strong commitment to and interest in employee relations and communication.
  13. Ability to attend to details.
  14. Excellent organization skills.
