Joanne has been in the field of ABA since 2014. She has experience in working with children with autism, ADD/ADHD, and other neurodevelopmental disabilities in the home and school settings. She is passionate about making a positive impact in her clients’ lives and helping them and their families in improving their livelihoods through ABA. She first fell in love with ABA when she conducted her fieldwork at her undergraduate university’s child developmental center, where she had the opportunity to work with children with neurodevelopmental disabilities in a third-grade classroom.
During her free time, Joanne loves to spend time to gain more knowledge and get up to date on the field of ABA through CEU videos and modules. She also enjoys watching videos and shows on websites such as YouTube, Netflix, and Hulu, as well as trying new foods, learning how to cook, and traveling to different cities and states with her significant other.
Joanne received her B.A. degree in Psychology at the University of California, Irvine in 2015, and her M.S. degree in Applied Behavior Analysis and Autism at the Sage Colleges in 2018. In November 2018, she was credentialed with the BCBA certification, and in April 2019, she obtained her LBA in the state of Kentucky.
